Full Stack Developer

About the Role:
MPS Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, possessing a deep understanding of the SDLC process and agile methodologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Write clean, scalable and efficient code in both front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, and implement new features.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
