AEP Engineering Team Lead / Engineer – Adobe Experience Platform
Full-Time | Remote / Sao Paulo, Bogota, Medellin, Mexico City, Costa Rica, Lima.
About the Role:
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) engineer who can also operate as the technical lead for the implementation. This person must have experience leading AEP implementations end-to-end, not only working on isolated AEP components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) engineering experience
- End-to-end AEP implementation leadership
- XDM schema and dataset design
- Identity namespaces and profile stitching strategy
- Real-Time Customer Profile enablement
- Batch and streaming data ingestion
- Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK
- Data governance and consent frameworks
- AEP architecture, integrations, and scalability
- Environment strategy across Dev / Test / Stage / Prod
- Release planning and deployment readiness
- Ability to balance hands-on engineering with technical leadership
Travel
The contractor will be expected to spend 2 weeks in Los Angeles, followed by approximately 1 month working from their home country, then another 2 weeks in Los Angeles, continuing with this rotation as required.
Important
This is not an AEP configuration/support role. Please do not submit candidates whose Adobe experience is primarily AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products without strong hands-on AEP engineering experience.
The pay rate for this position is
- Manager (8+YoE) $42.00 - $48.00/hour
The estimated pay rate is based on the candidate’s demonstrated experience, English proficiency, technical assessment results, and overall alignment with the role requirements.
